The Academy of Waldorf Pedagogy organizes a summer course for about 200 participants each year. The aim of the system was to minimize administrative burden to the minimum. The online registration system consists of a WordPress editorial system module and an MS Excel workbook where the data is automatically downloaded from the server. The third part are print templates in MS Word. Informations about principles of personal data processing was also part of the contract. The system is easy to use for next years.
